What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than February 9, 2024.

Can I mail in a RSVP card or are all RSVPs done online?

All of our RSVPs are online here on this site. Tap on the "RSVP" button on the homepage of this site to register. We have also mailed out paper invites with QR codes to take you through the same online process.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Yes. Please register your guest during the RSVP process online.

Can I bring my kids?

Our wedding events are for adults only. We look forward to celebrating with you! Kick your shoes off and enjoy a relaxing, kid-free evening with us.

When will the sun set on March 9?

Typically the sun sets around 6:15pm PST early March. This means we should be able to see the sun set in Napa while at the Wedding Reception at Ashes & Diamonds.

What is the temperature in Napa in early March?

In March, the average temperature in Napa is 54° F (12° C) degrees, with an average high of 68° F (19° C), and an average low of 41° F (5° C).

What should I pack when visiting Napa and the Bay Area in March?

Be sure to bring a warm jacket, cooler layers, layer-able outfits, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes.

Can I fly directly to Napa?

There is no commercial airline service into, or out of the Napa County Airport. For commercial airline services, the closest airports from Napa are Sonoma County (Santa Rosa), Oakland International, Sacramento International, and San Francisco International (SFO). If you are flying from the East Coast or from Canada, you will most likely be flying into SFO.

How far is downtown Napa from the San Francisco Airport?

Downtown Napa is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the San Francisco Airport (SFO).

How do I get from the San Francisco Airport to downtown Napa?

The best way to get from the San Francisco Airport to downtown Napa is to take an Uber or Lyft. The average price for this trip is $115 USD. As most of you are traveling from San Francisco or SFO to Napa, we encourage you to connect with one another to carpool.

What hotels do you suggest for downtown Napa?

We have several hotels and inns in walking distance to the Welcome Party and After Party locations on the "Travel" page of this website. The closest are Archer Hotel Napa and Andaz Napa - a Concept by Hyatt. Tip: Use the "20% off offer" found on the Archer Hotel homepage to get a discount on your stay! This discount only works if you have a US Number.

What is the dress code for your wedding celebration?

The Wedding Reception and After Party dress code is Formal / Cocktail attire. We suggest dressing in Cocktail or Dressy Casual attire for the Welcome Party and Send-Off Party.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Our theme for the Wedding Reception and After Party is black and sparkly (together). There is no theme for the Welcome Party or Send-Off Party.

What time should I arrive to the Wedding Reception?

We suggest you arrive at 4:00 pm at Ashes & Diamonds. If you are taking advantage of the charter buses provided, the buses will pick you up at the Archer Hotel in downtown Napa at 3:30 pm and drop you off around this time. If you are driving or taking ride-share, we suggest you arrive well before Spoken Words begins at 4:30 pm.

How far is downtown Napa to Ashes & Diamonds Winery?

Ashes & Diamonds Winery is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Napa.

Will transport services be provided from downtown Napa to Ashes & Diamonds?

Yes. We have arranged for a charter bus to pick up all guests from the Archer Hotel in downtown Napa at 3:30 pm and bring you to Ashes & Diamonds before the Wedding Reception begins. Buses will be available at Ashes & Diamonds at 8:00 pm to bring guests back to downtown Napa, dropping you off just in front of Cadet Beer + Wine Bar for the After Party.

Will there be a wedding ceremony?

There is no traditional wedding ceremony at the Wedding Reception. However, Jonathan and Tom will be exchanging words at 4:30 pm at Ashes & Diamonds, which will be followed by a toast by members of their family.

Is there parking at Ashes & Diamonds?

Yes, there is parking at Ashes & Diamonds. However, we strongly suggest using the charter buses provided or ride-sharing, especially if you intend to drink.

Will there be anything other than wine served at Ashes & Diamonds Winery?

Yes. A small selection of beer (Pilsner & IPA) and non-alcoholic beverages (Ollipop Vintage Cola & Ollipop Ginger Lime) will be served at Ashes & Diamonds in addition to white, red, and rose wine. Ashes & Diamonds will not be a full bar and therefore will not have spirits to serve. There will be a full bar at the After Party at Cadet Wine + Beer Bar.

Will there be food served at the Wedding Reception?

Yes. We are serving heavy appetizers in addition to cheese & charcuterie at the Wedding Reception at Ashes & Diamonds. Cake and cupcakes from Susie Cakes and coffee, espresso drinks, and tea will follow from Cafe Apae.

Will there be food options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes. We have already planned for vegetarian and gluten-free options as part of our menus at the wedding events. Please make sure to note any specific allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate these.

Will there be an indoors area for the Wedding Reception?

Yes. While Ashes & Diamonds has a fantastic outside area, which will be equipped with heat lamps, there is an indoor heated area, which guests will have access during the event. Blankets and a fire pit are also options for those wishing to remain outside. We strongly suggest you bring a jacket, throw, or sweater to enjoy the outdoors.

Will transport be provided from Ashes & Diamonds to the Wedding After Party?

Yes. We will have charter buses at Ashes & Diamonds at 8:00 pm to take you from the winery to the After Party location, Cadet Beer + Wine Bar. The bus will drop you off on Franklin Street just in front of the alley to Cadet. Cadet Beer + Wine bar is 3-5 minutes walking distance from most hotels in downtown Napa.

Will the Wedding After Party be indoors?

Yes. The Wedding After Party takes place at Cadet Beer + Wine Bar, which will be mainly indoors. The venue also has a fantastic patio and alley, which will be equipped with heat lamps for those who want to head outdoors to eat or mingle under the Napa stars.

Will there be a full bar at the Wedding After Party?

Yes. Cadet Beer + Wine Bar will have full open bar including cocktails, wine, champagne, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will there be food served at the Wedding After Party?

Yes. We will be serving snacks at the bar. Butter's Burgers' food truck will also be serving smash burgers, vegan burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, fries, and tater tots from around 9:00 pm until midnight.

Will transport be provided from Napa to San Francisco for the Send-Off Party?

Unfortunately not. But we suggest you carpool to reduce the cost to get from downtown Napa to San Francisco to join us at the gallery. A ride-share trip will be approximately $115 USD.

How far is Napa from San Francisco?

Napa is about 50 miles from San Francisco and takes just over an hour to get there by car.

Will ride-share drop me off in front of the Jonathan Carver Moore Gallery?

No cars or ride-share vehicles are allowed on the stretch of Market Street which Jonathan Carver Moore is located. We suggest you use 33 Turk Street (or The LINE San Francisco) as your destination for drop-off. You will be dropped off behind the gallery on Turk Street. Walk around the corner to the gallery entrance on Market Street.

Is there parking near Jonathan Carver Moore gallery?

Yes there is. You can park at the 6X6 indoor parking garage located across from the gallery at 945 Market St, San Francisco. You will want to enter the garage at 440 Stevenson Street. The cost to park is 30 Mins $2.00 ; 1 Hour $4.00 ; Early Bird $16.00 ; Max $36.00 ; Evening $12.00. All prices are in USD.

Do you have a suggested hotel for staying in San Francisco after the Send-Off Party?

Yes. The Send-Off Party is located in the same building as The LINE San Francisco. We have arranged a discount for you. Please use the code "GETHERE" when you book your room.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding celebration is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you want to honor us with a gift, we will have a place for gifts & cards in the Tasting Room at Ashes & Diamonds.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

We do not have a registry.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink, and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
